Alex has a strong sporting background with involvement in the Wagga tennis, netball, basketball, touch and water polo competitions over the past 15 years. She is a keen snow skier in the winter and is kept busy with her young family on weekends.

Alex has completed additional study in London specifically on complex shoulder injuries. Alex has worked closely with representative AFL teams across NSW and has provided physiotherapy coverage for numerous large sporting events in the Riverina.

Alex has extensive skills as a women’s health physiotherapist and has completed training in the management of pregnancy related pelvic girdle plan, pelvic floor retraining, stress and urge incontinence, prolapse and pessary fitting.

She also has comprehensive clinical skills in fascial manipulation, reformer and matwork Pilates, waterproof casting, dry needling, orthopaedic rehab, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, occupational physiotherapy, functional capacity assessments and is a certified drug and alcohol collector.
