Strength and Conditioning Classes

Strength and Conditioning Classes are semi private classes instructed by a qualified physiotherapist. Classes are suited to people who wish to improve functional strength and fitness. They are also suitable for injury rehabilitation. Classes are a circuit style class and exercises can be modified for the individual.

Classes are 45 minutes duration and have a maximum of 6 participants.

A physiotherapy assessment is recommended prior to your first class at Synergy Healthworks. We will complete a musculoskeletal assessment to ensure that our classes are appropriate for your needs and so that our instructors are aware of any injuries or weaknesses.

Private health fund rebates are available, however these vary depending on your health fund. Please contact your health fund for more information.
