Sophia completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Wagga Wagga TAFE in 2020 and recently completed her dry needling course in early 2024. Over the years she has played multiple sports; netball, hockey, basketball and rugby union.

Sophia utilises the use of fascial manipulation and trigger point release work to help the recovery of sporting related injuries, post surgery or general maintenance for the body.

You’ll find Sophia here in the Wagga clinic 5 days a week starting most days with an early 6am start.

In her free time she likes to be at the gym, walking her dog or spending time with her family and friends.
