Jose Vanegas
José grew up in Wagga and moved to Albury in 2021 to complete his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. He graduated in 2024.
José has a passion for empowering people, helping them explore what their bodies are capable of and sharing his knowledge to help people find their strategies to maintain an active lifestyle and return to regular activity as soon as possible. He also has a strong interest in acute care physiotherapy, complex musculoskeletal physiotherapy management, and neurological rehabilitation.
José was a remedial massage therapist from 2018 until 2023. He has had experience in various industries throughout his adult life as well as a lifelong interest in movement and sport which he brings to his practice.
Outside of physiotherapy, José is an avid CrossFitter and has coached it for over 10 years. He also enjoys reading, music, the cinema, a good series, snowboarding, and spending time with his family and friends.
