Gundagai Class Update April 2026
We’re looking forward to welcoming you back for a new term of classes from Monday 20th April 2026.Over recent months, we’ve been listening to your feedback and exploring ways to make your experience with us even smoother and more flexible. As part of this, we’ve introduced a new clinic software system, Pogozo, which allows you to easily book and manage your classes via our website or the Pogozo app.Flexible Class OptionsWe’re pleased to offer greater flexibility across our class types. All classes are now interchangeable within our Gundagai clinic, allowing you to move between:• Clinical Reformer (physiotherapist-led, health fund rebatable)• Reformer Pilates (non-rebatable)• Matwork (physiotherapist-led, health fund rebatable)This means you can choose the class that best suits your body, schedule, and goals each week.Class PassesTo support this flexibility, we offer the following class pass options:• 10 Session Pass – $330 (3-month expiry)• 20 Session Pass – $620 (3-month expiry)• Casual Class – $38Class passes can be used across all class types within the Gundagai clinic. Please note, passes are not transferable for use in our Tumut or Wagga clinics.Cancellation PolicyWe understand that plans can change. To allow fair access to classes for all clients, we have a 6 hour cancellation policy.Classes cancelled with more than 6 hours notice can be rescheduled. Late cancellations (within 6 hours of the class start time) or missed classes will result in the session being forfeited.Pricing UpdateFor our existing clients, your current pricing will continue to be honoured.From 1st July 2026, the above pricing will apply to all clients moving forward.We hope these updates make your experience simpler, more flexible, and better suited to your routine. Can I swap between different class types?Yes — all classes are now interchangeable within our Gundagai clinic. You can move between Clinical Reformer, Reformer Pilates, and Matwork depending on what suits you each week.Can I use my pass at other locations?No — class passes are valid for use in Gundagai only and cannot be used at our Tumut or Wagga clinics.How do I book or reschedule a class?All bookings and rescheduling can be done via our website or through the Pogozo app.What is the cancellation policy?We have a 6 hour cancellation policy.• Cancel more than 6 hours before your class to reschedule without losing your session• Cancellations within 6 hours, or non-attendance, will result in the class being forfeitedHow long do my class passes last?All class passes (10 and 20 sessions) have a 3 month expiry from the date of purchase.Can I claim health fund rebates?Health fund rebates are available for:• Clinical Reformer classes• Matwork classesReformer Pilates classes are not eligible for health fund rebates.I’m an existing client — does anything change for me?Your current pricing will continue to be honoured. Getting set up with Pogozo is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to start booking your classes:1. Access PogozoYou can book your classes either:• By downloading the Pogozo app on your phone• Via our website (under timetables, then click on the class on the calendar you want to book)2. Log in or Create an Account• If you’re an existing client, use your email to log in (If you have not yet signed into Pogozo, select forgot password, and use your email we have for you on file, and follow the prompts to set up a password)• If you’re new, follow the prompts to create an account3. Purchase a Class PassBefore booking, you’ll need to purchase a class pass under SHOP in the POGOZO app or with our reception team• 10 Session Pass• 20 Session Pass• Or a casual class4. Book Your Class• Browse the timetable In the Pogozo App, under “Book Class”• Select the class that suits you• Confirm your booking5. Need to Cancel?• Log in to the Pogozo app• View your bookings under “My Bookings”• Select the class you want to reschedule and select “Cancel”• Select a new class time to “Re-book” under “Book Class”Please remember cancellations must be made more than 6 hours prior to your class to avoid losing your session.Need a Hand?If you have any trouble setting up your account or booking your classes, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
