This class is about high repetition and reduced resistance exercises, focused on maintaining strength and muscle mass throughout pregnancy. It designed and run by Women’s Health Physiotherapists who have additional training in Pelvic Health and exercise, allow pregnant women to continue exercises in a safe and supportive environment.  

We highly recommend an appointment with one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists in conjunction with these classes so we can best cater to your individual needs.
