Women's Pelvic and Strength Classes

This class is targeted to women postpartum, women looking to return or those wanting to start heavy resistance training. This class is also designed to assist those wanting to return to running, and looking to strengthen the pelvis and running muscles to help avoid injury.  

Lifting weights puts additional load on women’s pelvic floor. These classes are run by our women’s health trained physiotherapists who have additional training in Pelvic Health and exercise to support you in your return. 

We highly recommend an appointment with one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists in conjunction with these classes so we can best cater to your individual needs. 

Classes are baby friendly and there is a supervised creche available for babies and children.

These classes can be booked casually, or a 10 class pass or 20 class pass can be purchased.
