Introducing our new infant class. This class is instructed by paediatric physiotherapist Katie Rudgley for both mothers and their babies, Tuesdays 11.30am.

The class includes education and hands on practice of baby massage techniques along with education around typical fine and gross motor milestones we would expect for your babies age. The benefits of paediatric massage are vast, from bonding and relaxation to comforting your baby suffering from colic, constipation or wind.

Each class will cover a new infant massage technique, education around a new milestone and playtime for babies.

The class is suitable for babies up to the age of 6 months and runs for 30 minutes.
