Classes
Wagga Wagga, Gundagai & Tumut
We offer a variety of physiotherapist instructed classes at Synergy Healthworks Wagga, Gundagai, Tumut and out new Fitness Hub also located in Wagga.
Term 3 classes commence on Monday the 20th of July 2026. Classes run for 10 weeks. Classes do not run on Public Holidays, these classes will carry over to the school holidays.
You are welcome to join as many classes as you like.
All classes are health fund rebatable. Please contact your individual health funds for further information.
We allow you to do catch up classes if you cancel with 8 hours notice prior to the class. Please let our administration team know and they will book you in for a catch up, or via the Pogozo app. Catch up classes must be done within the same term.
You are welcome to join any of our term classes part way through the term if there are spaces available. Please call our friendly administration team on (02) 6921 3390.

Gundagai Update
We have listened! Due to popular demand, our very popular Gentle Reformer Pilates classes are coming to Gundagai, commencing Tuesdays at 9:00am.
Alongside our new Gentle Reformer class, we continue to offer a variety of Reformer Pilates, Clinical Reformer, Matwork, Strength & Balance classes to suit all fitness levels and goals.
As part of our updated class model, we no longer operate around school terms. Instead, classes run year-round, giving you greater flexibility to attend when it suits you.
Class passes can be purchased at any time, with the following options available:
• 10 Session Membership
• 20 Session Membership
• Casual Class Pass
Memberships and class passes can be purchased through reception, our website, or the Pogozo app. Bookings and class management can be easily completed through the Pogozo app.

- Mums & Bubs - a postnatal pilates class instructed by a qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist.
- Barre - a ballet-inspired class which focuses on posture, pelvic control, core stability and flexibility.
- Strength & Balance - for people who wish to improve their balance, mobility and confidence.
- Parkinson's Group Strength Classes - classes targeted to retrain the brain to help improve Parkinson’s disease symptoms.
- Various Yoga-inspired classes to improve health and wellbeing!
