Bladder & Bowel Health

Perimenopause & menopause

Helping women stay strong, active and confident through midlife

Our Women’s Health Physiotherapists assess and treat a wide range of pelvic health concerns. Open a category to see what we cover.
Perimenopause and menopause bring changes throughout the body — including the pelvic floor, bladder, vaginal tissues, muscles and bones. These symptoms may be common, but they don’t have to be accepted as part of getting older.
Our Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists work together on individualised support — pelvic floor rehabilitation, bladder retraining, prolapse management, pessary fitting, vaginal and vulval health advice, and guidance for safely returning to exercise. Where appropriate we work alongside your GP or specialist.
