Amelia O’Connell
Amelia is a podiatrist with experience across all age groups, developed over three years in busy clinical practice in Newcastle before returning to the Riverina. She completed her podiatry degree at Charles Sturt University in Albury.
Her clinical interests are sports injuries and children’s feet. She is particularly focused on using technology to get clear answers from an assessment, including in-shoe and treadmill pressure analysis, diagnostic ultrasound and video gait analysis, so treatment is built around what the data actually shows rather than observation alone.
Amelia is currently completing her endorsement for scheduled medicines, which will allow her to prescribe a defined range of medicines relevant to podiatric practice.
