Katie completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Charles Sturt University in Orange. Katie is originally from Bathurst in central west NSW. She made the move to Wagga Wagga after graduating in 2021 to pursue working in the world of paediatric physiotherapy.

Katie loves working in the world of paediatric physiotherapy and is passionate about working with children of all ages and abilities. Katie has significant experience working in the disability sector and treating children with a variety of conditions and presentations.

Katie has completed extensive training and professional development over the past years in order to deliver quality, gold standard care to all her clients. Katie works from a family centred practice perspective. Katie loves working with her clients and their support networks in order to support them in reaching their goals and engaging to the best of their ability in daily life. Katie has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams including other allied health professionals, paediatricians, specialist teams and educators in order to support her clients.

Katie is proficient in a range of complementary therapies including Aquatic Physiotherapy and is an accredited Dynamic Movement Orthosis prescriber, certified infant massage consultant and Level 1 theratogs fitter. Katie also has extensive knowledge and experience in supporting prescription of assistive technology such as foot orthotics, seating systems and standing frames.

In her spare time you will find Katie at the gym, shopping, spending time with friends and family or with her labrador puppy Rajah.
