Elton grew up in Melbourne and made the move to Wagga to join Synergy in 2024. Elton completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University. Elton has extensive clinical experience in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal and acute rehabilitation.

While at university, Elton completed his Level 1 sports trainer course and has been a sports trainer for the past 4 years at his local AFL club, treating and managing multiple sporting injuries. Elton has a strong interest in sporting injuries, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Elton enjoys going to the gym, surfing and is a big AFL fan, with the hopes he can one day see his team Essendon win a final.
