As a triathlete herself, Kelsey is well attuned to the relationship between nutrition and sports performance. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills to help others improve their sports performance and overall wellbeing.

Since completing her Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Newcastle, Kelsey has gained her Sports Dietitian Accreditation, ISAK Level 1 accreditation and a Graduate Certificate in Sport Analytics. Kelsey has worked in a variety of high performance settings supporting gold medal olympians and recreational motivated athletes. Currently, she is one of the lead Performance Dietitian’s at the Royal Australian Airforce with the Human Performance Optimisation unit.

Kelsey believes in finding balance between eating for performance and simply for enjoyment. Whether you want to improve your health or on-field performance, Kelsey will work with you to teach you what foods you need to fuel your body and reach your goals.
