We were lucky enough to find Lexi just as she was returning home to the Riverina after living and working in Queensland, Canberra and abroad.
Lexi completed her undergraduate and post graduate studies at The University of Canberra. Lexi then went on to manage The Sports Medicine Centre in Canberra. At that time, she was head physiotherapist for the Canberra Darters in the Australian Netball League, on the medical team for the National Touch League, was primary physiotherapist for Netball ACT under 19 and 21s, primary referee physiotherapist for the Touch World Cup and Trans Tasman Youth series. She was also Wagga's Junior State Cup Touch physio, a part of the National Taekwando Championships medical team and was recently physio for the Redlands United Football (soccer) Club in the National Premier League.
Lexi broadened her experience in New Zealand and then Queensland. Lexi has extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, reformer and matwork pilates, back and spinal physiotherapy, dry needling, advanced taping techniques, and work related rehabilitation.
Lexi has a done additional training and placement in women's health physiotherapy, with a focus on pelvic floor retraining, stress and urge incontinence, prolapse and pessary fitting.
Lexi is an outdoorsy person- she loves hiking, going to the gym, cross fit, playing netball, touch, tennis, swimming and going horse riding.
