Daniel Weissel
Physiotherapist
(Bachelor of Science; Master of Physiotherapy)
Australian Physiotherapy Association Member
Dan grew up in Wollongong, but has recently decided to pack his bags and move away from the coast and out to the Riverina! He studied his Bachelor of Science at UOW and his Master of Physiotherapy at Sydney University.
Apart from working across multiple hospital settings and in aged care, he has spent the last few years at a private clinic on the south coast, treating a huge variety of conditions and sporting injuries. He has a keen interest in helping people recover post
operatively, focusing on education, reconditioning and reablement to maximise both physical and mental wellbeing.
Dan is also passionate about vestibular and vertigo treatments, neurological disorders, orthopaedics, chronic pain management and dry needling.
Dan was eager to play numerous team sports growing up, though having played at a high level as a junior he’s particularly obsessed with basketball, and most recently golf. He has had his fair share of injuries over the years, so knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the table. When he’s not busy at work, he’s spending his time with his fiancé and pets, trying to play his guitars, or hoping to fix his golf swing!
We are very excited to have Dan onboard at Synergy Healthworks.
